Sometimes when playing 'So Excited' live, Stevie Ray Vaughan would do an entire solo chorus playing a 4 string pattern on the fretboard, repeating the pattern over the I, IV and V chord. In this lesson I'll show you what this pattern is, and how to play it with alternate picking strokes. It makes an excellent drill for improving your picking technique.
