The System Says My Email Is Unavailable

This error message usually means you're trying to create an account, but you already have one using the same email address. Look for the option so Sign In, instead of creating a new account.

I Lost My Downloads For A Course I Purchased

Any courses you purchased after July 2014 will be shown on your My Courses page. If you purchased courses before that date, make sure you have an account already created, then contact us using the form on this page to reqeust access to your older purchases.

I'm Having Trouble Playing My Downloaded Viideos

If you're on Windows, you might have trouble playing our course videos with Windows Media Player. We recommend using the free VLC Media Player. It is very reliable and has solved every playback problem our customers have had.
