How To Mute Bends Without String Noise

Sometimes when bending a string, you need to release the bend at the peak without letting the bent note descend. But releasing a bent string without causing noisy ringing strings is tricky. In this lesson I'll show you several ways to control this noise using your other fingers, and your picking hand palm.
