If you've ever played a blues shuffle in E, you know how difficult it is to play a shuffle pattern over the V chord (B) at the second fret. The fret spacing is huge, making it almost impossible to play without missing a few notes. Here are some alternative ways to play the shuffle over the V chord that involve less stretching.
