This was my dad’s bass amp for many, many years. He wanted to get a newer combo and was going to sell this. Of course I couldn’t let this amp leave the family, so I bought it from him. It needed to be re-tubed, re-capped, etc…, but now it sounds as good as you can imagine.
It’s quite loud, but starts to break up at about 3, and by the time the volume hits 8, it’s deliciously saturated.
