Fender Blues Junior In Custom 1x15 Cabinet

After purchasing a Blues Junior, I wondered how the amp would sound when paired with a 15 inch speaker. So I had my cousin Joe, of Stauffer Guitars, build me a custom 1x15 cabinet to fit the Blues Junior amp chassis. Initially the amp lost a bit of low-end and brightness but sounded stiffer, like a grown up version of the Blues Junior. Later, after I had my other Blues Junior modified by Bill M., it sounded ‘too big’ for the standard Blues Junior cabinet and speaker. So I transplanted the modded Blues Junior chassis to the newer custom cabinet and the result was quite nice.
