If you're experiencing video playback issues in the TXBA Pro Player, here are a few troubleshooting steps.
You'd be surprised how often this fixes the problem. If this doesn't solve the problem, proceed to Step 2.
If rebooting your computer doesn't fix the issue, sometimes rebooting your router (and modem if they are separate devices), does the trick.
Unplug the power cable from the device for about 30-60 seconds, then plug it back in. When your internet access has returned, try the Pro Player again.
The next step is to force refresh the Pro Player code. You can do this by clicking on the Gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the player, and looking for the "Force Refresh Player" menu item at the bottom.
This will force your browser to discard any cached player files and reload the player.
The next step to try is to lower the video resolution in the Pro Player. While this is not an ideal solution, if your connection speed is the issue, this is one way to get around it.
There's a Pro Player Orientation video that shows you how to adjust video quality here: Adjusting Pro Player Video Quality
The next step is to contact support, but there are a few questions you can answer first that will help us out.
Can you play other videos on TXBA?
Try playing several videos from the Pro Player Orientation section to see if they play without issue.
Can you play videos from YouTube?
Try playing some YouTube videos to see if you experience any playback issues.
With those two questions answered, it's time to contact support. (If you already have a support ticket started for this issue, just reply to the ticket with details about what you've tried.)
