Resetting Your Password

Head to the Forgot Password page. Enter your email address in the Email field. (This is the email address you use to sign-in to your account). Click the Send Email field.

A confirmation message will let you know that an email is on the way with a special link for you to click.

When you receive the email, click on the password reset link in the email. (This is a timed link that will expire in 24 hours). That link will open the password reset page.

Enter your new password in the New Password field.

Confirm your new password in the Confirm New Password field, then click the Change Password button.

A confirmation message will tell you that your password has been reset.
