Lovepedal Super Six “Stevie” Mod Demo

Description

Mar 22nd, 2016

The Super Six (Stevie Mod) from Lovepedal is an "amp-in-a-box" pedal designed to capture the sound of a Blackface Fender Super Reverb. Under the right conditions, it is the closest thing to SRV in a box that I've ever played (so far). As you'll hear in the video, those conditions are:

  • An amp that's fairly balanced, not to trebly.
  • Run at medium gain.
  • Pushed with a boost pedal for leads.

While your own playing and technique has more to do with sounding like SRV than anything else, this pedal does a great job of capturing that sparkle that the Super Reverb was known for.
